Valentine’s doesn’t have to come with expectations.

Salty & Sweet is a relaxed winter dinner at the Taproom, shaped around comfort, familiarity, and a bit of indulgence. The evening is being created in collaboration with chef Kevin Funk, with a menu that leans into contrast. Salty and sweet. Crunchy and rich. Familiar flavours, done well.

Multiple seatings will be offered across Friday and Saturday, allowing for an easy night out without the pressure that usually comes with Valentine’s.

Details will be shared as plans take shape.

Tickets will be available beginning February 1st.
