We’re setting the Taproom for just 50 guests. We’ll begin with a warm, three-course supper and a welcome pour around the table. After supper, Dominique Adams and Jacob Brodovsky take over the room.

Dominique and Jacob met by chance at a house show, accidentally wrote an album together and have been part of each other’s music ever since.
Dominique pairs warm, unmistakable vocals with contemporary folk songs that dig deep but land softly. Her debut album, To Keep, was released through Birthday Cake Records in 2025, followed by a performance at the Winnipeg Folk Festival and several weeks on college and satellite radio charts.
Jacob writes about people, places, feelings and the complicated ways they shape one another. His debut album, I Love You and I’m Sorry, earned the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Award for English Songwriter of the Year. His second album, Tell the Kids We Tried, is tender, hopeful and deeply human.
Together, they make the kind of songs meant for a smaller room and an audience ready to listen.
But first, supper.
The evening begins around the table with a three-course plated supper prepared by New Style Catering.
We’ll start with a strawberry mandarin spinach salad, followed by Chicken Milano and roast beef with garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized carrots. Carrot cake finishes the meal before Dom and Jacob take over the room.
