Winter at the Taproom Begins

  • Dead Horse Cider Taproom (map)

Winter changes everything. The orchard sleeps, the days grow short, and the world slows down a little.

This season, the Taproom becomes something softer. A warmer place to land. A winter nook for cider, wine, small bites, and unhurried conversation.

We’re open Fridays from 4–9pm throughout the winter.

Alongside our cider, we’ve introduced a thoughtfully curated wine list with a distinctly Italian lean. Expect bottles that feel easy and comforting, from bright and bubbly to smooth, fruity, and rich. Wines chosen for lingering, for conversation, and for the kind of evenings that don’t need to rush anywhere.

Our winter snack menu is small by design and made for sharing. You’ll find toasted baguette with ricotta and honey, white truffle kettle chips, shiitake mushroom crisps and dried snap peas, strawberry-dipped pretzels, chocolate-filled biscuits, and freshly popped popcorn with rotating flavours. Or choose a little bit of everything and let the table fill in.

The Taproom in winter is a place to pause and warm up. To meet, talk, and let the week loosen its grip.

Fridays, 4–9pm | All winter long

Come in from the cold. Stay awhile.
